From 2023 the Italian companies of the Group will be united under a single leadership: LAFERT S.P.A.
From the first of January 2023, in fact, the Italian companies of the Lafert Group, namely Icme, Lafert Servo Motors and Lafert Servo Drives, will merge under a single leadership: LAFERT S.P.A.
The Headquarters will be the historic facility in San Donà di Piave (VE) where all legal activities will be concentrated while the several operational plants will be maintained at the current location, respectively in Fusignano (RA), Noventa di Piave (VE) and Bologna (BO).
Integration aims to streamline the bureaucracy of the company, optimize processes and centralize management allowing us to simplify procedures and increase efficiency of operations.
