Reference is made to the recent episodes of Coronavirus contagion in some provinces of the Northern Italy, precisely Lodi in Lombardy and Padua in Veneto, we would like to confirm our full operation of all manufacturing facilities in Italy, and inform you that any delays and/or supply issues that could income in these days are NOT related to this situation.
Although none of the Lafert Group's facilities are located in one of the provinces considered at high risk, we are responsibly implementing all the indications given by the relevant Public Authorities in order to protect the health of Employees, Customers and Suppliers: in fact, as a precautionary measure, travel to Customers and Suppliers have been suspended in favour of video conferences and phone calls.
We would also like to point out that Lafert has a fully verticalized production structure that is limiting the dependence of the Supply Chain towards the Far East Countries.
The entire Lafert team is available for any need or request for clarification, in order to manage and ensure the regular running of all activities.
