2012 starts with ICME gaining the ISO 9001 Certification for Certified Quality
Such Certification was granted quickly, as expected, because ICME has been operating according to the same procedures, standards and parameters specified by the Certification Authority for many years.
This is such an important goal that ICME has reached as it will enhance and ensure effective and profitable relationships with partners and customers as well as optimise the collaboration with other companies within the Lafert Group.
Only a few months after gaining the Certification, we have already identified the first advantages of this “Quality Project” that involved cooperation of all Departments and staff alike.
“Very fast traceability of information related to specific projects and customers, as well as the general order in managing processes, are the factors we observed immediately” says Massimo Mercatali, ICME Quality Manager.
