The month of June will also be full of trade fairs where we look forward to meeting you and presenting all our new products. We are eager to display our innovative solutions resulting from several synergistic projects designed by the companies within the Sumitomo group. Our engineers are at the forefront of the development of these cutting-edge technologies.
We have developed new product ranges that meet the most complex needs of the market and the different application sectors. They are cutting-edge and integrated solutions that guarantee exceptionally high performance and maximum efficiency even in compact dimensions.
The main new products that we will showcase during the next few fairs are:

HP Combi, a special package that combines a permanent magnet synchronous motor with its matched variable frequency drive. The Combi package combines the IE5 Ultra-Premium efficiency of our permanent magnet synchronous motors with our variable frequency drive (VFD) achieving the highest energy efficiency standards. Three configurations of the motor-drive package – Smart, Flow and Plus – allow it to meet the needs of both variable and constant torque applications.

HP Integral, the 2nd generation of our Integral Drive range that integrates a permanent magnet synchronous motor with its matched variable frequency drive in an extremely compact and unique design. Features & Benefits include: IE5 Ultra Premium Efficiency (motor), IE2 High Efficiency (drive), reduced dimensions and e smart control. Available in the same three configurations as the motor-drive package HP Combi - Smart, Flow and Plus - covering a wide range of both variable and constant torque applications

HPS, the range of permanent magnet motors achieving up to IE5 Ultra Premium Efficiency, combining the electrical design of brushless servomotors with the mechanical design of asynchronous motors granting significant dimension and weight reductions up to 50%.

Premium Efficiency IE3 Motors at 50Hz, that satisfy the requirements of the European Ecodesign Directive and in addition the range of
Nema Premium Efficiency Motors at 60Hz verified by the USA Department of Energy.

Ultra Compact, the brushless servomotor range offering increased power density up to 30% and reduced dimensions up to 20% on the equivalent motor. Five different flange sizes are personalised with different options: shaft exit, transducer, connection, brake and cooling.

Smartris, the new integrated solution complete with gear, servo motor and drive in one package for AGV systems. Developed for various types of automated guided vehicles, the integrated package offers high performance, maximum precision, safety and reliability. Our solution is among the most compact on the market; thanks to the integrated gear and the optimized use of space inside the AGV, it can operate much closer to the ground.

IFM – Integrated Fan Motors, the range of synchronous PM motors with integrated drive, designed for HVLS fans with blade diameter up to 7m to secure correct temperature distribution.
