The PTDA Industry Summit is the fair that brings together more than 300 companies, manufacturers or distributors in the Power Transmission and Motion Control sector. It will be held this year in Nashville, Tennessee from October 27 to 29, 2022. The event will focus on product and service innovations born in the pandemic and post-pandemic period and aimed at solving the problems of these years of economic and climatic changes.
The Power Transmission Distributors Association (PTDA) is made up of companies that manufacture and distribute components that drive the electrical world in which we live. The main innovations that we will present at the fair are:
- HPS, the range of permanent magnet synchronous motors that achieves the IE5 Ultra Premium Efficiency level, combining the electrical design of brushless servomotors with the mechanical design of asynchronous motors and thus allowing significant reductions in size and weight of up to 50%.
- HP Combi, a special package that combines the permanent magnet synchronous motor and variable frequency drive. The Combi package combines the very high IE5 efficiency of our permanent magnet synchronous motors with our variable frequency drive (VFD) achieving the highest energy efficiency standards. Three configurations of the motor-drive package – Smart, Flow and Plus – allow to meet the needs of both variable and constant torque applications.
