From July 6th to 9th, Shanghai will host CIROS 2016, the first trade fair in China devoted to the entire robotics sector: from components to programs, from integration technologies to services.
“CIROS is one of the largest and most important events in the robotics sector, a great showcase – says Lafert Suzhou Country Sales Manager Paddy Zhou.”
To demonstrate its strong customisation capacity, Lafert will present its solutions with a single cable and splined shaft, as well as its new range of ATEX-certified (Zone 2-22) Brushless Servomotors to use in potentially explosive atmospheres. Also on show will be the new series of compact motors with dedicated mechanical components (40, 60, 80, 130 and 180 mm square flange) and special electrical designs (230V and 400V).
“With our new series of dedicated motors, we also hope to attract clients that use motors with a non-standard mechanical and electrical design. Lafert provides top quality motors and premium after-sales and customer care services. At CIROS – says the Country Sales Manager – our aim is to strengthen existing partnerships, but also develop additional projects with new clients.”
“The robot market is still growing, but competition is always extremely fierce. On the one hand, big players are increasingly bigger and sounder. One the other hand, smaller companies with less technological know-how are facing strong pressure due to high costs and poor technology. It is therefore essential to work with the big players in the sector. Certainly one of Lafert’s strategies this year – says Paddy Zhou – is to devote greater resources to grow with its strategic partners.”
