For the first time ever, Lafert participated in the Frankfurt ISH, the biggest HVAC technology and renewable energy trade fair in the world.

"The entire range was on display at the stand, from IE3 AC motors to IE4 and IE5 permanent magnet synchronous motors and, naturally, our HPI range of synchronous motors with integrated drive. IE4 - notes the Sales Manager - now falls under the IEC recognised standards of energy efficiency levels but we want to push our boundaries even further by introducing new technology. To this end, we displayed the new HPF generation based on artificial magnets and the new "Big Fan Range" of synchronous motors with integrated drive, designed for large surface ventilation systems (blade diameter from 4-6 metres or more)."

The goal is, therefore, to promote and develop high efficiency solutions, using renewable technology in an increasing green-oriented context. "I'd like to mention, in fact - concludes Nielsen - that in 2013 we received the Frost & Sullivan "New Product Innovation Leadership Award" in the "European Electric Motors for HVAC Applications" category."
