The Globally Automation Industry closed 2018 with a growth in turnover compared to the previous year, confirming the positive and dynamic trend of the markets. A success driven also by technological innovations, by digitalization and Industry 4.0 that will be the protagonists, from November 26th to 28th, at the SPS in Nuremberg – the leading trade fair in Europe in Automation, Systems and Components.
“The automation sector is in turmoil”, begins the Sales Manager of the BU Industrial Automation, Stefano Dessanti, “and we are increasingly asked for more expertise in application, customization and energy efficiency. More and more specific and customized solutions, which have now become our trademark, together with the wide range of technical and product proposals. For us, the customer intimacy, intended as the care dedicated to development and process in its entirety, and co-engineering, to jointly reach the target and application performance, are as fundamental as the guidelines of our strategy”.
“During the SPS,” continues Stefano Dessanti, “Lafert will exhibit some absolute novelties resulting from the synergy with Sumitomo, such as Smartris, the New Integrated Package for AGV applications, including the servomotor, gear and drive, which represents the first product codeveloped by Lafert and Sumitomo”. Furthermore, other innovations will be exhibited: the extensive range of Brushless Servomotors, which now includes the new series of Compact Motors, from 0.18 Nm to 46 Nm, with reduced dimensions for high performance. The new generation of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors with Integrated Drive, completely redesigned, always IE4/IE5 but with a new exclusive design, ideal for HVAC applications.
“In addition to a wide range of products, customers request also process and application experience. Thanks to our skills in product innovation, we are developing some very interesting projects. Furthermore,” comments the Sales Manager of Industrial Automation, Stefano Dessanti, “in 2019, we have already completed projects and successfully launched new partnerships”.
“At the moment, the following markets are currently showing an interesting development: Robotic, Textile, Laser Cutting and Material Handling. During the SPS in Nuremberg, therefore, we will create new business opportunities, thanks to our strong leadership in the sector of servomotors and product integration. In 2020,” concludes the Sales Manager, “the goal is surely to grow and improve evermore, thanks to the experience and the high added value that distinguish us in everything we do”.
