What are the latest trends in Motion & Control for Energy Efficiency and Industrial Automation? In the field of Energy Efficiency and Industrial Automation, the market shows particular interest in innovative solutions and cutting-edge products that are able to guarantee maximum energy efficiency and very high performance in terms of control and movement in compact dimensions.
In the UK, after the first pandemic period, we have seen a significant increase in demand for all Lafert products; in particular, we see a growing appreciation by the market for our integrated solutions. In addition, our ability to customize combined with experience in the HVAC sector has led to an increase in the interest of pump and fan OEMs for our ranges of both synchronous and asynchronous motors.
Thanks to the integration with Sumitomo and the several synergic projects developed, Lafert is now able to offer integrated products and even more high performing solutions that are registering a strong interest from the English market, and beyond.
What news will Lafert Electric Motors exhibit at NEC Birmingham? During the fair we will present our new high efficiency motor-drive solutions, developed to guarantee the best performance in the HVAC and Automation sector:
- HP Combi, a special package that combines a permanent magnet synchronous motor with its matched variable frequency drive, achieving the ultra-premium IE5 efficiency level. Three configurations of the motor-drive package – Smart, Flow and Plus – allow it to meet the needs of both variable and constant torque applications.
- HP Integral, the 2nd generation of our HPI range that integrates a permanent magnet synchronous motor with its matched variable frequency drive in an extremely compact design. The motor achieves IE5 Ultra Premium Efficiency, the drive achieves IE2 High Efficiency, together with reduced dimensions and e smart control. Available in the same three configurations as the motor-drive package HP Combi - Smart, Flow and Plus - allowing it to cover a wide range of both variable and constant torque applications.
- Smartris, the new integrated solution complete with gear, servo motor and drive in one package for AGV systems, combines the technological competences of two companies: the customised motor and drive solutions from Lafert and the experiences in gearboxes from Sumitomo.
