The international exhibition for Building & Architecture returns on 7 - 10 November to the Paris Nord Villepinte exhibition centre. Divided into three shows, Batimat, Interclima+Elec and Idéobain, with more than 2,600 exhibitors and 354,000 visitors, it will provide a complete overview of the building and architecture sectors, from new materials to tools, innovative technologies to services.

Lafert will present two product ranges dedicated to the HVAC, Pumps and other Building applications. One range is the permanent magnet synchronous HP range of motors, with IE4/IE5 efficiency levels specifically optimised for HVAC applications. The range is from 0.55 kW to 30 kW at variable speed and sensor-less drives, they are available using IPM and SMPM technology. Another range is the Premium Efficiency IE3 motors which, at 50Hz, fulfil the requirements of the new European Directive. In addition, Nema Premium Efficiency Motors at 60Hz, and certified by the US Department of Energy, will also be on display.

The products creating most interest are certainly those in the HP range", says Patricia Tournier, General Manager of Lafert Moteurs,"they are perfectly suited for the growing sectors of ventilation, pumps and renewable energies, such as wind power. The HP motor range, in fact, allows us to achieve very high performance in many fields of application. For this technology Lafert has long been at the forefront in both design and production, to best meet the needs of our customers. The most interesting must also include Lafert’s new UL-certified AMPH range which was recently selected and included in the much respected publication of the ADI Index Design, which rewards the best in Italian design".

In an evolving market the need is to supply products that conform to current regulations while developing for the demands of the future” adds Patricia Tournier. She concludes “Lafert is focusing on high quality, high technology, reliability and customer service. These are core values that our customers and partners will always find in Lafert products.
