From 14 to 18 March, an event not to be missed will be held, once again, in Frankfurt: ISH, the leading trade fair for the energy, air-conditioning and building sectors, with a special focus on renewable energy.

ISH is the world-leading HVAC trade fair. For Lafert, it is crucial to be present - says Global Key Account Manager HP Motors, Per Graven Nielsen - so that we can showcase our high efficient motors with synchronous and asynchronous technology. Lafert has long-standing experience in the development of high efficiency solutions, in particular for applications such as driving pumps and fans. In addition to the range of conventional asynchronous motors, Lafert has been focusing for the past 15 years on permanent magnet synchronous motor technology for HVAC applications. The range has been developed to cover the efficiency levels IE4 and IE5, it is available in powers up to 30 kW.

During ISH, the following will be on display: the latest range of IE3 Nema Premium/EISA Asynchronous Motors, this range offers a new functional design exclusively for the US market. The innovative generation of IE4 permanent magnet Synchronous Motors optimised for HVAC applications. The new IFM range of Direct Drive Motors with integrated drive, designed for HVLS (High Volume Low Speed) applications with fans up to 7 m in diameter.

Our strength definitely lies - Nielsen continues - in our ability to manufacture custom motors for our clients and partners. Customisation can be made both at an electrical level with different winding configurations and at a mechanical level with special shafts etc.."

"Our goal is to assure our clients and partners that the technology developed by Lafert is the right choice for today and, more importantly, for the future. For Lafert, it is essential to meet the demand for improved levels of efficiency, also - Nielsen concludes - in view of an increasingly green-oriented market."
