For Lafert, the sales trend in north-west Italy is showing an increase on the previous year. The rise is across the HVAC sector, textile industry, industry automation and general machinery manufacturers. Those companies that invested in technology and launched new products with improved performance and reduced operating costs have seen the benefits.

"Despite the fluctuating market, we reported an increase in sales. Indeed, at this particular time, – says north-west Area Manager Marco Mariani – for our clients it is increasingly important to trust suppliers and partners who can offer innovative products”.

The top performing companies direct most of their sales abroad and plus – says Mariani – they are focusing on development and innovation with products offering high energy efficiency levels.

An important showcase will be MCE – Mostra Convegno Expocomfort, which is the undisputed leading exhibition in Global Comfort Technology, a not to be missed event dedicated to diverse industry sectors including HVAC&R and renewable energy. Energy efficiency and spirit of innovation are the cornerstones of this unique event being held from 15 to 18 March in Milan.

''The entire Lafert range will be on display, from IE3 asynchronous motors to IE4 and IE5 permanent magnet synchronous motors, including our HPI range of synchronous motors with integrated drive. To comply with the IEC efficiency level of IE4 was an important achievement – says the Area Manager–, but we wanted to push our boundaries even further by introducing new technology. In this perspective, we will showcase the latest HPF generation based on artificial magnets. Therefore, our goal is to promote and develop high efficiency solutions, using renewable technology in an increasing green-oriented market.
