achieves IE5 efficiency standards with minimal dimensions, guaranteeing superior performance and high energy efficiency. This innovative solution combines the consolidated robustness of Lafert motors with the new permanent magnet technologies and VFD for speed control, which allow to reduce energy consumption.
The integration between PM motor and
drive installed at the rear on the NDE side of the motor thanks to a dedicated case, eliminates the need for an external body, minimizes the impact on airflow, energy losses and EMC issues and simplifies installation. This compact, integrated solution offers many advantages:
- Maximum energy efficiency: Drive integration allows you to optimize airflow, minimizing losses and maximizing system efficiency. This results in significant energy savings and reduced operating costs.
- Superior efficiency: The combination of an IE5 high efficiency motor with an integrated inverter allows you to achieve IES2 class system efficiency levels.
- Small footprint: Rear drive integration requires no additional components, allowing you to reduce the overall size of your system. This simplifies installation, minimizes electromagnetic emissions (EMC) and saves space.
Customization and innovation
HP Axial has been designed to be customizable according to the customer's specific needs in terms of power. For further optimization, HP Axial can be combined with the PAD mounting design option, ideal for applications where a small motor size is required without protruding elements. The PAD mounting design uses four special feet fixed at 90° on the body of the motor, promoting airflow and ensuring reduced power consumption.
