In the Italian Northeast Region, Lafert continues on its path towards a future of high efficiency motors, recording a positive trend of orders with a more than 10% increase in the first half of 2015.
"Requests for IE3 and IE4 motors have increased," explains Luca Cunico, Area Manager. “In particular, PM synchronous motors to IE4 are being required since they allow high energy savings and ensure reduced operating and maintenance costs. Moreover, IE4 and IE5 motors," Cunico continues "are designed in compliance with the new standards and can easily replace class IE1, IE2 and IE3 motors. In fact, many companies must take into account the new regulations on energy saving, which are becoming increasingly strict in the EU and in other countries in the world."
