The Lafert Group closes 2019 with a significant number of new hires: 50 new resources (included the replacements of the staff released) who will further strengthen the development of the business that in recent years has maintained a steady and stable growth in terms of both qualitative and quantitative aspects, with new products and markets, new production and commercial subsidiaries and new turnover and human resources milestones.
The Lafert Group, part of Sumitomo Heavy Industries Ltd., looks to the future and promotes additional organic growth to support significant business development. Lafert took part in the “Open University – Career Day IES” event, promoted by the University of Padua, last November to meet new graduates interested in entering a highly technological and international company, with a good university background and inclination for team-work, full of determination and ambition to grow and acquire new knowledge.
It was an important opportunity to meet with young women and men approaching a first job and a precious chance to meet with young students and undergraduates from the faculties of Engineering, Economics and Statistics, in our search for talents to share our vision of the future with and work together.
Lafert is looking for many profiles to support the ongoing development that has led the company to grow both in revenue and personnel: Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic Designer; Sales Engineer; Sales Manager; Project Manager; Business Analyst; Industrial Process Engineer; Manufacturing Planner; Material Planner to offer them growth opportunities, both technical and managerial.
