Lafert is very proud to support the local Rugby Union Club in San Donà di Piave, Italy. The club, with a long history in Italian rugby, plays in the highest national league, the National Championship of Excellence and is now known as Lafert Rugby San Dona’.
A recent sensational home win against Rugby Rovigo showed the fighting spirit of the team with constant pressure applied and some excellent technique they drove to win 19:15. The win boosts the team to fourth position in the league and is a good omen for the remainder of the 2014/2015 season.
Lafert has a history of passionate support for local rugby and the San Donà team which it feels it shares the values of strength, accuracy and team loyalty on and off the pitch. These uncommon characteristics it sees as the basis of its own success and looks forward to a great season for the oval ball game of rugby.
