With pleasure we announce an extraordinary result: this season, Lafert Rugby San Donà has achieved an important goal by winning the Excellence Trophy final against the Fiamme Oro Roma team on a neutral field in Rovigo. On Sunday 25 February, the team scored an historic result for the Rugby San Donà club’s records as well as winning the first trophy with coach Ansell.
“The boys played with determination, passion, perseverance and team spirit” stated Lafert’s management. “These are the same core values that the Group uphold and that have shaped Lafert over the years. This achievement also stems from the team’s continuous commitment and professionalism shown to date.”
